the shape of things to come

There's a fear that overcomes most of us at certain times. The fear of things to come, of how they start to shape and how they become real. Like a monster that haunts us in the day of light. That type of monster you can't hide from anywhere. Fear of new things overcomes most of us in an inexplicable way. It's natural. It's safe. Human evolution has made us this way. If it wasn't for that fear the human race would probably be extinct by now. But in the age were we live in there's no more need for it. There's always been a group of people that like to try new things, and those are the ones that innovate, the ones that get killed, the ones that have everything to lose and still they attempt to change what's stablished, the ones that try to break the status quo.
